CIPA Customers:

CIPA products are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for one year. Any material shown to the satisfaction of CIPA to be defective at the time of shipment will be replaced without charge or CIPA may, at its option, render a credit in such amounts as CIPA deems reasonable, provided however, that in no event shall CIPA be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of any defective material or in any way liable or responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever which may result from the use of its products. All materials sold by CIPA are non-returnable except for defects in manufacturing. No salesman, representative or agent is authorized to give any guarantee, warranty or make any representation contrary to the foregoing. Labor and installation costs are not covered under any warranty. Any and all defective shipment claims MUST be made in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of goods, and include a copy of the packing slip, invoice and signed freight bill.

Consumers:

 We do not sell to the general public. All product returns must be made through the store in which you have purchased our product. Labor and installation costs are not covered under any warranty.

 Any product that has been altered in any way after purchase will not be warranted.

      Such as:

-        Altering wiring harness

-        Cutting or splicing any wiring

-        Changing plugs

-        Any use of our product in which it was not intended
